A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT

LOYOLA HIGH SCHOOL FUNDRAISER

Loyola High School of Los Angeles has an Annual Fundraiser hosted by the school's Mother's Guild. The groups, organized by geographic location or sport, create "themed tables and spaces" for a luncheon. The luncheon includes several fundraising efforts thus becoming a significant resource for scholarship funds.

The Aquatics Group {mothers of swimmers, water polo players and divers} created a space based on the book, A River Runs Through It, by Norman Maclean, which incorporated the concept of water via a fabric "river" suspended from the top of the event space to the luncheon table.
